2010 Award!
SMART Restaurant Group has won the 2010 QSR Magazine Applied Technology Award for the training program they developed with Incentivize Solutions. The system utilizes Sysdine's hiring and training tracking system along with e-learning modules and videos delivered in iPods to train right in the workstation. Which Wich is a highly interactive fast casual restaurant with a VIBE serving over 50 'wiches'. The unique ordering system allows guests to pick their wich, grab a bag and red Sharpie and check off all the items to work their wich their way. Write your name on the bottom of the bag and pay at the register (over 95% of the wiches are all one price).
Grab your drink or shake, sit down, read one of the complimentary newspapers or check out the community wall while you wait for your personal wich to be custom made. Listen for your name and start eating! With 2 different breads, 50 different wiches, 6 cheeses and over 40 toppings, the selections are endless!

Supervisors/General Managers
Our supervisors and General Managers are hands-on and in charge of 'Delivering the Vibe' to our guests. What does that mean? It means you run shifts focused on superior service, superior sandwiches and superior training to ensure superior profitability. You work with and lead a team of 'wich makers, hosts and cashiers to ensure great food in a unique, fast-casual environment. It also means you get bonuses based on performance and the ability to take on more responsibility as you help us grow. Supervisors can work a variety of shifts to fit your schedule: open/day shift, night shift and/or weekends.

Hourly Team Members
Our hourly team members 'Sell the Vibe' to our guests - ensuring superior sandwiches and service. We ensure a superior employee experience - no grease, great music, cool uniforms and awesome guests! We have a variety of positions and hours to work and want all team members to learn each station so we can provide better service to our guests and more hours for you...along with incentive bonuses for all hourly employees based on how much you work!
Wich Maker - wanna make our great 'wiches? Our Wich Makers ensure every guests' order (filled out on their own bag) is custom made to perfection in 4 minutes or less. Yes, it is busy and you'll make tons of 'wiches each day but everyone is different! Wich Makers not only make 'wiches but also help prep meats, cheeses and toppings as well as make shakes.
Cashier - Our cashiers provide a quick, superior payment experience for the guests by confirming their order (i.e. ensure the guest filled out the bag completely) and recommending extras such as our awesome shakes and cookies.
Host - Our hosts explain our unique ordering system and help explain highlights of our unique list of 50 'wiches so the guests don't just order 'the usual'. In addition, hosts recommend other items such as shakes, chips and cookies, offer drink refills to our guests and ensure the dining room stays spotless to ensure 'Superior Service'.

We'll provide you with bags so everyone can simply fill out their bag in advance, bring it in to enjoy a great ‘Wich and you will receive 15% of the sales from your group.
